Following the success of our sold-out Winter Degustation, Catalina invites members and guests to the launch of the new season with an evening dedicated to discovering the wines and menu pairings of spring.

Join us on Wednesday 9 September from 6pm in the Main Lounge Mezzanine for a relaxed tasting experience hosted by the Catalina Cellar Team in partnership with Simon Taffs from Robert Oatley Wines.

This complimentary event is your opportunity to explore the new season as it arrives on the menu. Taste carefully selected wines alongside dishes inspired by Catalina’s spring menu and learn how varietals, vintages, climate and regional terroir influence the wines we enjoy.

Whether you’re new to wine or already building your knowledge, our team will guide you through the stories behind each glass, explain why certain wines pair beautifully with seasonal produce and help you discover new favourites for your own table.

The evening also offers exclusive ‘member only’ access to limited cellar-end wines from the previous season. These are the final bottles from some of our most popular selections, available to purchase at exceptional value while stocks last.

There is no cost to attend and no RSVP required. Simply join us from 6pm and enjoy an evening of conversation, discovery and great hospitality.
