Named in honour of Athol Manns, one of Catalina’s first groundsmen, Catalina’s Sports Bar stands as a celebration of the Manns family; their skill, their stories, and the enduring spirit they left woven through the course we enjoy today.
Every drink on the new sports bar cocktail menu has been co-created with the Manns family of today, inspired by recollections of Athol and the flavours that marked his era — honest, characterful, and crafted with care. Together, we’ve created a collection that captures the warmth of nostalgia,
