Great course and club, very friendly pro shop which I appreciate as you don’t often get that as a guest. Had drinks and dinner after 18 holes and overall would highly recommend and will definitely be back

1920 at Catalina Golf Course absolutely putt on a show! We teed off with the chicken schnitzel and the ribeye steak with surf and turf sauce, and both were a hole-in-one.
The schnitzel comfortably made the cut, but that ribeye with surf and turf sauce? In a Masters class of its own. Whoever’s swinging the pans in that kitchen deserves a green jacket!
Not a bogey on the table, no need for a mulligan, and the only rough we encountered was deciding when to stop eating. We’d tell you more, but we don’t want to tee-ribly overdo it.
An absolutely amazing meal. We’ll be driving back for another round—this place is well above par, even if that’s usually bad news on a golf course!

Avoid the pokies here at all costs. 900 spins of nothing. $2 to $3 hits and i got $45 back approx on each of the 4 features i received on the dragon rush. $1800 down the drain within an hour.

Don't understand all the 5 star reviews. Even for club food it's pretty poor. I had meatballs and flatbread. Meatballs were dry and the napoli had no flavour, flat bread was also flavourless. Inbound normally would give this type of food 3 stars but will give them the benefit of the doubt.

The service was exceptional, we always feel safe and comfortable at the Cat Club. The food looked and tasted every bit as good as we would expect, did not go home hungry.

Absolutely outstanding – the fastest and best club meal we’ve ever had
We barely had time to sit down before our food arrived. Literally the quickest service I’ve ever experienced at any club or restaurant – we were still deciding where to put our bags when the plates hit the table. And the food? Absolutely amazing. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour.
Catalina Club (Batemans Bay) has clearly nailed the formula: efficient, friendly staff who actually care, and kitchen that delivers quality without the wait. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back the next night (and we will).
Highly recommend – whether you’re after a quick lunch, a proper dinner, or just a great meal after a round. 10/10.

Tonight, I headed to the Catalina Club for dinner, expecting a good meal, but what I got was an experience worth talking about.
The evening started with a serve of cheesy garlic bread that set the bar incredibly high. Perfectly golden and crunchy on the outside, yet soft and fluffy on the inside, every bite was packed with flavour that was impossible to resist.
For the main course, I ordered the hot honey. It arrived topped with a generous layer of perfectly melted cheese chorizo and hot honey that blanketed a juicy, tender chicken breast. The combination of textures and flavours was spot on, making it one of the best parmis I’ve had in a long time.
Just when I thought the meal couldn’t get any better, dessert arrived. The Ferrero Rocher cheesecake was, without question, the star of the show. Rich, smooth, and indulgent, it simply melted in the mouth. Every bite delivered a luxurious chocolate and hazelnut flavour that words struggle to describe. It wasn’t just a dessert it was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal.
If you’re visiting the Catalina Club, do yourself a favour and save room for the cheesecake. It’s worth the trip on its own. Dare I say the most extravagant dessert experience you could ever have the pleasure of experiencing

Always hits the spot here! Great place, lovely ambiance, and what’s crazy is how fast the food comes out — only about 5–10 minutes even when the restaurant is packed during long weekends. The food is always amazing and full of flavor. Definitely one of the best go to for food in all of Batemans Bay. Highly recommended! ✨

Absolutely loved our experience at Catalina Club! The place has been fully renovated and looks incredibly posh inside. From the moment you walk in, the entrance already gives such a warm and welcoming vibe for both members and guests.
The food was just as impressive—generous portions and everything we ordered tasted amazing. You can really tell there’s attention to quality and presentation. Every dish we had was a hit!
Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food in a beautiful, classy setting. Will definitely be coming back… 🥰

Loved the food here.. had the squid which was cooked perfectly. A plate veges.. which were neither hard or soft and the salmon. Staff very friendly. The rule for table service only inside should be reviewed, we wanted to dit outside as the airconditioning was too cold

We went to the Catalina club twice for dinner. The club is very spacious and modern. The service was great and we ordered rump steak and the barramundi for dinner, the pizza and the salmon salad the 2nd night. The presentation of the food was beautiful, and they were very delicious. The price was a bit high, but the food is good quality.

🥰 Quite possibly the most opulent, relaxing, friendly club I've experienced in this great land. You feel like you're on a nicely casual yet classy Cunard Cruise, very QMII. Spot out the the staff who are v kind smart and don't, esp Taneesha who is a queen 👑

We dined here 2 nights in a row. Why? Because the first night was so damn good we booked again. Peak season and how the heck the food was that good and fast is a mystery to me! We ordered the lamb rump and the barramundi plus a side of vegetables. THAT, is the best on the menu I’m convinced! The second night we had the stretch flat cheese and garlic pizza and omg so good!
All this sitting outside looking at the stunning golf course, highly recommend an outdoor table. We are Melb based and strongly considering buying a holiday house in Batemans area purely based on this restaurant plus golf course! Well done Catalina!

I'm not a golfer but the bistro and dining experience which includes the service, quality of meals (mains and dessert), and facilities are excellent here. The Tiger Prawn linguine is a decent serving size with a large number of prawns, the 200g grain fed scotch fillet cooked medium rare tastes great, the pan fried barramundi is a good fish meal. The dessert which is an Nutella cheesecake and a chocolate muffin are even better. During a hot summer's day this air conditioned facility makes a perfect place to have lunch with friends and family. There are plenty of entertainment facilities as well. Regards @fooderarri

The service from every single staff member was extraordinary. From signing in at reception to ordering a drink and paying for food. The entire team was friendly, helpful and made our experience extremely positive. We had a New Year’s Eve dinner with our two children and we couldn’t be more impressed. We are regular guests at clubs but this was very fantastic. The kids were offered colouring packs, we had table service for our drinks and they never went empty before being offered another. The food and value for money was on point. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing early Christmas Dinner with my wife, Dad and step Mother. Service was exceptional and the meals were faultless and came out really fast! Haven’t had a bad meal here in near 2 years.

Customer service was brilliant from the time we entered the foyer.
Food was excellent we didn’t have to wait long.
We highly recommend this club for its service and food .
The presentation on our plates is better than some restaurants .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – The place to dine if you only go out once
For me this is a fair-dinkum country club done right. Relaxed atmosphere where shorts and thongs are genuinely welcome — they’ve clearly embraced the tourist vibe while keeping the country club feel.
The dining area was pleasure, with views overlooking the golf course, and the meals were excellent. Prices were very reasonable considering how polished and “posh” the place feels.
Staff were friendly and professional without any stick-up-the-bum attitude, and the venue itself was exceptionally clean and very well presented.
If you only dine out once while you’re in Batemans Bay, this is the place to do it.

I, together with 15 guest had a fabulous meal in the Bistro. Everyone commented at the high standards of the food and the timely manner at which it was available for collection. Will most definitely be booking again for our next function. A huge “Thank You” to all the staff for make it such an amazing day.

Absolutely delightful evening =) We had an early dinner, and the food was absolutely delicious & was ready incredibly fast! My pizza was superb & I was relieved they had boxes for takeaway because it was huge & I took half of it home. Staff were really lovely, very helpful but didn't hover, and it was just overall really enjoyable.

From the time we arrived the staff were amazing.

Arriving in the meal are my wife Rose and I were greeted by very friendly Staff Captain Ria and the rest of club crew, including new waiter called Vagan I believe, quick to help us out, always as helpful as I am now bound to a Mobility scooter most of my life nowadays and getting around the club on busy days is often hard. The waiters are always happy and very helpful, we order a Sirloin steak medium done chips and vegetables, steak was beautiful flavored with seasoning, great meal well done.
mainly for my wife after a busy week, a what a great and enjoyable meal and night out at the Catalina Club. Simply the best, very friendly disable toilets with large space and automatic opening doors make life a lot easier wheel chair bound. As they say 'Love my Club' as always never a bad day there always enjoyable, great friendly and helpful staff

Brilliant place! Should come up higher on google searches in Batemans Bay. Food and staff are amazing. The thought that has gone into the layout and final presentation is mind blowing! We are very impressed. This is now our new stop over when passing through. 5 stars!

What a fantastic club!! Had drinks and then they drove us into town for free! We booked golf for the next morning which was amazing. Hitting our drives surrounded by Kangaroos!! People were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
