In the 2025-26 financial year, Catalina Club continues to provide local support where it is needed most.
With an aim to uplift the marginalised and bolster the determination and spirit of local people, Catalina Club has donated over $12,000 in Category 2 grants.
WIRES Mid South Coast

WIRES Mid South Coast delivers invaluable, rapid rescue and care services to vulnerable and injured wildlife in the Eurobodalla. This organisation relies on diligent volunteer work and access to crucial facilities to deliver support and supplies to wildlife in distress, such as heat stress facilities, medical equipment and storage containers.
Eurobodalla Canine Club
$500
The Eurobodalla Canine Club is a not-for-profit club providing dog training for all people and their dogs at all levels, with a mission to improve pet relationships, reduce poor ownership practices and improve community safety. In 2025, the Club held their second dog trick trial event, enabling talented community members and their pooches to perform and excel in their chosen sport.
Wandering Warriors

Dedicated to transforming the lives of special forces veterans, Wandering Warriors hosted a transformative tour to present Bravery & Betrayal, a documentary that tells the true stories of Australia’s special forces in Afghanistan. This funding was provided to families affected by the Global War on Terror and those who served with the Special Air Services Regiment.
Long Beach Community Association

With a goal to enhance the Long Beach area for residents and visitors, the Long Beach Community Association are focusing on safety in 2025 and 2026. With these vital funds, the Association will purchase public-use first aid kits and defibrillators which will save lives and increase safety awareness in the close-knit community.
Creative Arts Batemans Bay

Honouring the commitment, talent and passion of local artists in the Eurobodalla, Creative Arts Batemans Bay Inc. held their 41st annual exhibition in late 2025. Spotlighting countless local artists and exposing their works to the public, the exhibition is an opportunity for artists and community members to feel invigorated, be inspired and discover their favourite new piece of art.
Batemans Bay Public School

Celebrating the outstanding achievements of Batemans Bay Public School’s senior students in 2025, this funding helped students to feel supported, encouraged and recognised as they finished another big year of school. Batemans Bay Public School is guided by three values – kindness, respect and responsibility.
Koori Kids

Igniting awareness of ANZAC Day, Koori Kids’ ANZAC School Initiatives program is designed to encourage students to discover and learn about our country’s heritage, legacy and commitment to protecting people and country. The initiative combines education with creativity to actively engage young people.
South Coast Pastel Society

In 2026, the South Coast Pastel Society aim to encourage participation in visual arts and pastels by conducting engaging workshops and exhibitions in the Eurobodalla. The Society wrapped up a huge annual exhibition in 2026, exhibiting hundreds of works and selling more than 30 pieces.
Durras Community Association

In partnership with the Eurobodalla Shire Council, the Durras community are transforming existing underutilised community land to develop a meeting and outdoor performance shared play space. This project is aimed at reinvigorating public use of this space and providing natural play opportunities for children.
Southern Women’s Group
$1,000
As part of Catalina Club’s Make A Wish initiative, the team at Catalina donated $1,000 which was channelled to families and individuals facing domestic and family violence in the Batemans Bay area. Southern Women’s Group are dedicated to providing essential, lifesaving services to vulnerable women on the South Coast.

In partnership with ClubsNSW, Eurobodalla Shire Council and local community organisations, Clubs in the Eurobodalla can provide support to vital groups in our local community through ClubGRANTS.

The Category 1 funding round is only open from February 1 to May 31 each year, while our Category 2 and Sponsorships rounds are always open to new applications.
Catalina Club reviews all new applications monthly.
