Spring Menu Wine & Dine Tasting

Members are invited to an exclusive tasting event ahead of Catalina Club’s spring menu launch on Wednesday 24 September.

This season, our team have thoughtfully evolved a curated cellar offering to honour the elegance of produce from regional Australia and revered wineries from across the globe.

Offering his knowledge and insights to Catalina members, Simon Taffs will guide you through a range of our latest cellar additions, matched with four samples from our head chef Atick’s spring menu.

Members in attendance will also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase cellar-end wines as our team makes room for new seasonal additions in the cellar. This offer is available to Catalina Club members only.

Visit our main lounge mezzanine (Stretton Lounge) from 5:00pm on Wednesday 24 September to join this free, and exclusive tasting event. No reservations required.
