Catalina Club’s celebrated annual Degustation returns in 2026 for an exclusive evening of premium food and wine discovery, presented in partnership with acclaimed South Australian winery Pikes Wines.

Hosted inside Catalina Club on the Far South Coast, this intimate four-course degustation experience has been thoughtfully curated by our award-winning culinary team, with each course expertly matched to a hand-selected wine flight showcasing standout varietals and vintages from the renowned Pike’s cellars.

More than a traditional wine dinner, the evening is designed as an immersive and relaxed journey through modern Australian winemaking. Guests will hear directly from Pike’s vineyard hosts as they guide each pairing, sharing insights into regional terroir, family winemaking traditions, seasonal influences, and the stories behind every pour.

Set against the coastal atmosphere of Catalina Club, the 2026 Degustation promises an unforgettable night of exceptional cuisine, premium South Australian wines, and engaging wine education in an intimate setting.

The event takes place on Wednesday 5 August 2026, in a change to the original date advertised.

Numbers are strictly limited to preserve the personalised experience and create a truly intimate evening of food, wine, and conversation.

The menu is now published and 1st and 2nd release tickets have now sold out. There is a waitlist to be the first to receive notifications of any cancelled and refunded tickets and the wait list will be open until the day of the event.
